Team
- CAYR Community Connections is committed to providing informal and supportive counseling, as well as essential information and resources, to individuals who use substances and their support networks. Our primary goals are to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases related to drug use and to reduce the occurrence of drug overdose incidents. We aim to improve the physical, mental, and social well-being of our clients. Additionally, we offer low-threshold options for accessing safer-use supplies, sexual health supplies, social supports, referrals, access to treatment, and other healthcare services.

Krasman Centre
Peer support is when people use their own experiences to support each other.
There are different types of peer support, but they all aim to: bring together people with shared experiences to support each other, provide a space where you feel accepted and understood, and treat everyone's experiences as being equally important. - Case managers work with people to get them the health care and other community services they need when they need them.
Your Support Services Network - Case Management & Navigation
- We will offer service navigation and single session counselling at the Wellness Centre , for children, youth and caregivers of those ages 0-18.
